This Inflatable travel pillow really works. It came in such a small bag and I couldn't imagine it turning out like the picture but it really inflated big. You can blog it up with your mouth and it doesn't take all your breath away. It only took me a few blows until it was fully inflated. It feels like an air mattress in the shape of a pillow. The way the pillow works is you put your arms inside and your head rests In a pod where you can still breath but lean at the same time. It isn't as comfortable as it looks because it is hard on my upper back but if I am tired I can definitely fall asleep in that position. It works as explained and there were no surprises. It easily fold up easily but you need to make sure to get ALL the air out so it can get back in the bag.
